We are seeking an all-round Content Creator to join our dedicated non-profit marketing team. You will play a crucial role in crafting engaging content for our digital channels to promote our mission of arts-based community development in Singapore. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our community-building efforts.

Your key responsibilities would include:

  • Creating high-quality marketing content, including blog articles, social media posts, email campaigns, website updates, and press releases that effectively conveys ArtsWok’s mission and engages our target audience
  • Developing visually appealing graphics, images, and multimedia content to accompany written materials, ensuring brand consistency and visual appeal
  • Working with team members to plan and execute content strategies that align with our organisational goals and campaigns, including fundraising initiatives
  • Working with external/guest writers
  • Editing, improving and proofreading all written content before publication
  • Establishing and maintaining content style guides for company-wide reference. Ensuring all content adheres to our brand guidelines and messaging standards
  • Staying updated on industry trends and best practices in content marketing and leverage this knowledge to enhance our content strategy
  • Conducting keyword research and use SEO to optimise content and increase our visibility
  • Using data analytics tools to track and analyse the performance of content, making data-driven recommendations for optimisation

Applicants should have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or a related field
  • 2-5 years of proven experience in content creation, including copywriting, social media management, and visual content production
  • Experience with content strategy and audience engagement
  • Excellent English writing and editing skills with impeccable grammar and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) for creating visuals and multimedia content
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Familiarity with WordPress and basic HTML for website content management
  • Knowledge of data analytics and the ability to derive insights from performance metrics
  • A passion for ArtsWok’s mission and a strong interest in arts-based community development
  • Ability to work in Singapore without requiring a work visa (This position does not meet the requirement for a work visa)
