We are hiring a Content Creator

We are looking for a Content Creator to produce various types of written and visual content for our marketing initiatives. Your duties will also include sharing content to raise our company profile and monitoring website traffic and metrics to identify best practices.

Our ideal candidate is an experienced creative who can produce engaging and on-brand content that speaks to our audience and boost engagements with our company.

Your key responsibilities would include:

  • Create marketing content to promote our company, programmes, and services; write blog posts and articles about field-related topics; and publicise our content on our website and social media
  • Research field-related topics (combining online sources, interviews and studies) to produce engaging content for our website and social media
  • Develop and manage our editorial calendar to ensure timely publication, and work closely with external/guest writers when needed
  • Establish and maintain content style guides for company-wide reference
  • Edit, improve and proofread written pieces before publication
  • Work with marketing and design professionals to ensure brand consistency in content produced
  • Conduct keyword research and use SEO to optimise content and increase our visibility
  • Stay up-to-date with new developments in our field, identify audience needs and gaps in our content, and recommend new topics to engage our audience
  • Monitor the traffic and engagement metrics of our website and social media

Applicants should have:

  • At least 3-5 years’ experience as a Content Creator or similar role, with a portfolio of published articles/ marketing content
  • Excellent English writing and editing skills, and researching skills to fact-check content pieces
  • Editorial mindset with an ability to predict audience preferences
  • Strong ability to organise tasks and timeline, pay attention to details and meet deadlines
  • Experienced in social media account management, SEO, keyword research, and website metrics
  • Experienced in HTML, WordPress, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Graphic design or video production experience is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism, communication, or a related discipline
  • Ability to work in Singapore without requiring a work visa (This position does not meet the requirement for a work visa)
