We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Executive to execute non-profit marketing campaigns, engage with our audience, and promote our mission of arts-based community development in Singapore. If you are tech-savvy and have an abundance of ideas for building effective online and offline campaigns, we would like to meet with you. The ideal candidate will have a passion for all things marketing and be well-versed in digital marketing concepts.

Your key responsibilities would include:

  • Working with our team to plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns that align with ArtsWok’s mission and objectives, including fundraising efforts
  • Defining campaign objectives, target audience, messaging, and channels to reach our supporters and community members effectively
  • Coordinating campaign and event timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful execution
  • Creating engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and website, to convey our mission and encourage participation
  • Actively engaging with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and fostering discussions
  • Using data analytics tools and KPIs, regularly monitor and analyse marketing campaign performance to make data-driven recommendations for optimisation
  • Contributing to our SEO efforts (keyword research, image optimisation, etc.)
  • Ensuring brand consistency across all marketing materials, campaigns, and platforms
  • Conducting market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends

Applicants should have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, arts management, business, or a related discipline
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in marketing, including campaign management and audience engagement. Work experience with non-profit organisations is preferred
  • Strong in interpersonal and written communication, and can produce engaging content.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills to meet campaign deadlines
  • Working knowledge of marketing principles, digital marketing concepts and practices
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools
  • Basic knowledge of data analytics and the ability to derive insights from performance metrics
  • Familiarity with WordPress and CRM software
  • Self-directed learning mindset and proactively seek ways to optimise our marketing efforts
  • A passion for ArtsWok’s mission and a strong interest in arts-based community development
  • Ability to work in Singapore without requiring a work visa (This position does not meet the requirement for a work visa)
