The Greenhouse Sessions is a community of practice convened since 2013, in which people who share a common concern for arts-based community development gather and teach one another how to do it better through a process of regular engagement.
Our sessions are on different topics, featuring various speakers and facilitators. Each session is intentionally kept relatively small to not more than 40 participants to allow for deeper interaction and engagement. Over time, our sessions have evolved to half day sessions involving presentations, a workshop/activity component, and discussions. They are documented with written notes which are then shared with the community of practice.
