Convened since 2013, ArtsWok Greenhouse Sessions (formerly known as The Greenhouse Sessions) are a series of intimate gatherings for our network of practitioners in the field of arts-based community development. We bring together individuals across disciplines and sectors who share an interest in developing community through the arts, so they can exchange knowledge and learn together.
Our sessions feature different topics along with various speakers and facilitators. Each gathering is intentionally kept relatively small to not more than 40 participants, to allow for deeper interaction and engagement. Over time, our sessions have evolved to a half-day format involving presentations, a workshop/activity component, and discussions. We document them through written notes, which are then shared with the network.
